Where to park your vehicle?
In order to welcome you in the best conditions, the Royal Garden Palace hotel provides you with secure and free private parking.
Is it possible to smoke / vape at the hotel?
The hotel is completely non-smoking (common areas including the terrace, bedrooms, balconies). Smoking exposes you to a penalty.
What are the other services of the hotel?

Are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
Your room is cleaned between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. If you would like this service to be performed at a more specific time, please let us know.
Are the rooms equipped with a safe?
All our rooms have a safe secured with a secret code. Please leave your valuables in the safe if you leave your room.
Are pets accepted?
Small pets are allowed at the hotel at no extra charge, they are your responsibility.
Access to the Spa area and to the restaurant is prohibited for pets.
How to reserve my residence?
You can browse our site online, get a free quote or book and confirm the product of your choice directly through the site.
How can I modify / cancel my reservation?
For any modification or cancellation, please contact the administration by email or phone.
What payment methods are available?
Royal Garden adapts to your needs by offering you several payment methods.
When confirming your reservation, you will be offered several payment methods. You can pay by Tunisian or international bank card.
You can also choose to pay directly at the hotel reception.
Is my payment secure on the internet?
Yes the payment is secure. We have implemented the ssl system which allows data to be encrypted. So when sending your bank details to our website, they are not visible and cannot be collected and then stored
How to proceed to file a complaint?
You must bring back a written complaint signed by the hotel management, and it must be filed either at the reception office or sent by email.
